[Webtest] Why is there a test.xml and testImpl.xml

Hi Eric,

It is some cool xsl transformation done by an ANT task :-)

In fact it is the very same as creating a WebTest report or
build the documentation, just the xsl file is different.

P.S. that build visualization is very useful because it gives
an at-a-glance view of the sometimes complicated dependencies
between the ANT targets.
