[Webtest] Directory Structure Question & Patch

Let me know if there is anything I can do to help.. I look forward to the
changes! For me, the biggest reason to use Maven was that the JXR stuff was
so cool. However, JXR can definitly be used with out Maven..

I guess, you're right.
The dir structure has become fairly unobvious.
I need a little time to think through the possible implications
concerning the automated build and the distribution. It is a good
opportunity to clean up that as well.
