[Webtest] Selftest for Build 213

Hi Barbara,

In order to figure out what is wrong with your setup, I would need more
detailed and complete information about the run of selfTest.xml. Could you
run ant with the -verbose flag and pipe the out into a file and post this
file to the list? Maybe then we can be of more help.
