[Webtest] latest changes

Hi all,

I've finally managed to integrate my latest changes into the CVS. This
resulted in build 215.

External:
- introduction of a <setselectfield> step for handling of combo boxes and
lists
- cleanup of <setinputfield> which was used for list handling before.
  Note: <setinputfield> does not support the attributes text and regex
anymore!!
        Please use <setselectfield> instead.
- WebTest.dtd updated

Internal:
- Parameter handling refactored (ParameterHolder introduced)
- some minor cleanup
