Hi Katharina,
things can become fairly unobvious with all this certificate stuff. This is
not really depending on
Canoo WebTest but on the jcert and jsse. We did struggle with this as well.
Tip here: try to reconstruct the very same setup as with your development
server. That is:
have only one key in your keystore (!)
best regards to all my old fellows at Schönaich

Subject: [Webtest] SSL is making me crazy: help!
Hi,
I downloaded canoo webtest some days ago and I like it very much, but I
have some problems with SSL: I looked for
the ssl example and followed the instructions given in the howto.txt file.
I tried this for our development server. Everything
was great. Then I tried it for an other server: I imported the certificate
to my keytool and so on, but all I see after executing
a canoo test for this server is 'untrusted server cert chain'. But I'm
(relatively) sure that I imported the correct server cert!
What's the problem? Does anybody know? Is there any help for me?
Regards, Katharina Jaspers
