[Webtest] Pop up Windows Dialogs Messages

Is there anyway that Canoo can handle a pop-up window, dialog or message?

For example: 
1.) Using 'clicklink', click on a link on a web page.
2.) As a result of clicking that link, a pop up window, dialog or message 
    appears that requires the user to press a 'yes' or 'no' button on that
    window, dialog or message pop-up.

How do you get a handle on this window, dialog or message in order 
to use 'clickbutton' to select the appropriate button?

Is this even possible with Canoo?
