thanks - I just did. On the "Downloads" page, the first statement I came 
across was this:

"To install OpenSTA you must have the following Microsoft Windows 
configuration"

As I am doing Linux only (I do have one Windows machine, I admit), so 
this is not an option either. I must say that this is the type of 
roadblock I expected the least. Alas.
