[Webtest] Inserting SQL queries

Hi,

I did try out using SQL queries before and after the
"testSpec". And Canoo works pretty cool in that area.

As suggested by Mittie I have forwarded a request to
someone who could write a "db-servlet". But I really
think the "SQL" tag should be supported in the
"testSpec" too. It sure would make much more Cool!
