[Webtest] what are the canoo webtest jar versions and names ?

Hi Scot,

to me it looks like NekoHTML dying when instantiating XERCES DOM 
parser using the following constructor ...

package org.apache.xerces.parsers;

public class DOMParser extends AbstractDOMParser
{
	public DOMParser(XMLParserConfiguration xmlparserconfiguration)
	{
		super(xmlparserconfiguration);
	}
}

I checked my xercesImpl-2.0.2.jar against www.ibiblio.org => 933.730 
bytes from 08-07-2002.

Are you using the same JAR within the plugin?! In your enviroment it 
seems that this constructor is not defined hence the exception.
