You don't have the webtest libraries in the task definition. Try this
<taskdef name="webtest"
classname="com.canoo.webtest.ant.TestSpecificationTask">
<classpath>
<fileset dir="lib">
<include name="**/*.jar"/>
</fileset>
</classpath>
</taskdef>
make sure "lib" points to the directory with all the jars that are
distributed with canoo webtest. It should work. Note that I called my
taskdef "webtest" instead of "testSpec" !

Hi,
I am new to this list, I just install the WebTest, and try to install: get
this error message:
C:\canoo\doc\samples>ant -buildfile installTest.xml
Buildfile: installTest.xml
BUILD FAILED
file:C:/canoo/doc/samples/installTest.xml:35: taskdef class
com.canoo.webtest.an
t.TestSpecificationTask cannot be found
This is in Window 2000, the config is:
WEBTESTHOME= c:\canoo
Path=
%SystemRoot%\system32;%SystemRoot%;%SystemRoot%\System32\Wbem;C:\Program
Files\SecureCRT
3.0;C:\j2sdk1.4.1_02\bin\;C:\apache-ant-1.5.2\bin\;C:\j2sdkee1.3.1\bin;C:\j2
sdkee1.3.1\doc\api;C:\httpunit-1.5.2\src;C:\apache-ant-1.5.2;
Classpath= %HTTP_2%;C:/apache-ant-1.5.2/lib
What is the problem?
Thanks in advance for your help!
