[Webtest] Proxy Server patch

As far as I know, the ant task is global - it makes all requests use that

What I'm working on is using a proxy server to record the paths that my
Canoo tests take through the site. I want to turn on the proxy only for the
recorded testing phase, then turn it off. It seemed easier to do this via
Canoo. However, if I'm wrong about setproxy's globalness, then it's not
necessary in Canoo - but we should update the docs to state this (which I'll
do as appropriate).

hi brian,

thanx for the contribution.

Why would you like it better to have a these attributes in
Canoo WebTest instead of using the plain ANT task <setproxy host= port=> ?
