[Webtest] webtest now clover enabled

Hiall,

thanx to the people at clover that granted a free license to Canoo WebTest.

The latest coverage analysis can be found at

http://webtest.canoo.com -> Build Info

or directly under:
http://webtest.canoo.com/webtest/clover/index.html

Currently, only the unit test coverage is shown.
The intention is to also show functional test coverage analysis and
historical information.
