[Webtest] Build failed question

I'm somewhat new to WebTest and I have run into a problem. I was =
wondering if anyone has an idea on a fix. When running my test I get =
the following error:

BUILD FAILED
Error reading project file: no protocol: WebTest.dtd
=20
I have the protocol set as http in the WebTest.dtd file and in my =
config.xml. Any ideas?
