[Webtest] HTML Report

I ran samples successfully.  But there is no report generated. How do I
tell the system to generate a html report?  I tried to run
WebtestReport.xml; but I got this error:

D:\webtest\doc\samples>ant -buildfile WebTestreport.xml
Buildfile: WebTestreport.xml
D:\webtest\doc\info\manual\manpage.dtd could not be found

BUILD FAILED
java.io.FileNotFoundException: D:\webtest\doc\info\manual\manpage.dtd (The
syste
m cannot find the file specified)

Total time: 1 second

I searched for manpage.dtd but could not find it.  Please help.
