[Webtest] ssl with self-signed certs doesn't work the same way either with j2sdk1.4.2

Similar to the topic of not working with Ant 1.6 .. I recently found 
when I switched from j2sdk1.4.1 to 1.4.2  that
the same steps I used to make my self-signed certs work is no longer 
working.  Anyone else seen that? 

So I seem stuck for now on j2sdk1.4.1.
