[Webtest] Build 386?

Hi Marc,

I clarified a few things in the code, e.g. your
Unit Test for the HtmlErrorListener. Please have a look at it.
I needed to change some of the assertions and left a TODO for you :-)

There are a few things that are already in the code but
not yet documented and therefore not "really there":
- transparent access to httpunit settings in the config step
- some additional "extension steps" (see the api doc for details)

I will also try to reach the 100% Test Coverage again.
You could do me a favor and look into the Target class and cover
the HtmlErrorListener usages.

Some of the preparation work (Context) is done to support the integration
of a teammates' work on testing pdf documents. This will come
in the near future.
