[Webtest] continuing (tho different) install problems

For me this is related to the bug of httpunit version 1.5.4 for file protocol as
discussed earlier in this mailing list.
By the way, Dierk, last october my proposal of a way to handle such patches was:
- in resources/httpunit.jar: the original httpunit 1.5.4
- in the build process, we compile our patched classes and pack it with the
original httpunit jar file where they replace the existing .class files. The
generated patched jar get copied in the lib dir and we commit it in cvs
