[Webtest] Build 386?

Hi Mittie,

I've looked at my todos in HtmlParserMessageTest but I don't understand what you 
mean with "think about the <> semantics".
Looking at my code again after a few months, I see that the "implements 
Comparable" is missing as well as an implementation of equals().
