[Webtest] getting a patch off the archive

Dear Dierk,

	I found a patch/solution to my repeat counter problem in the
archive, an email from William Lyvers, dated May 08, 2002, titled "Repeat
Step - Counter starts at 0", but I cannot read the patch.   It is just a
huge stream of characters.   How do I access this info from the archive?
