[Webtest] input type=submit, but clickbutton doesn't find

Hi Lisa,

I don't know if this would work for you - but it has
worked for me - more than once :). So you can give it
a shot:

try cleaning up the Parser errors that are generated
by Jtidy - some of these errors do cause an object to
be unrecognizable to Canoo.
