[Webtest] Can webtest "set cookies"

I see that webtest supports setting "headers" under the config tag:

Is there a way to set cookies also? I think we tried using the header to =
do
it but it did not work.=20

(We looking at adding in a <cookie> tag to canoo, similar to the header =
tag,
but maybe cookie support is already in webtest?)
