[Webtest] patches still a garbled mess

Hi guys,

	I tried to decode a patch, saving the code to a .b64 file and
WinZipping it, like I have successfully done in the past, but when I try to
do it to the patch on the email titled "Enhancements to WebTest" by stephen
peterson, dated Mar, 4, 2003, I get a garbled mess.

Any other ideas to grab a patch off the archive?
