Marc, my intent was to have a better understanding of 'refresh' of a page.
What is it? How can I tell that a page contains 'refresh'? What is the
tradeoff of not using 'refresh'? Is it a reasonable request to developers
not to use 'refresh' feature because of webtest?
Your advice is crucial to our decisions. Thanks.

Best Regards,
CF
