I put my contribution in the wiki at Clickbutton.

I've tested it with different website : www.theserverside.com (for login), 
mail.yahoo.com for sending email and with other sites with classical <input> 
button to check if there isn't any regression.

But I'd like to use the test of canoo.nfo/webtest
