[Webtest] Stable major release of WebTest

Hi Roman,
up until know Canoo WebTest has followed the rather unusual approach
that each successful build is stable (i.e. as stable as it can be,
or in other words: It wouldn't be more stable if we tag it as such).
The obvious downside is that we don't have a distinction between
minor and major changes/improvements/fixes and don't have a point where
we can break backwards compatibility (as we would have with
major releases).
I'm not sure how to merge this with our continuous building scheme.
Any suggestions are welcome.
