[Webtest] Error with propertyTable

Hi Sebastien,

There is no need for having Excel installed to use
propertytable. It doesn't use any ole stuff but the
poi libs that work directly on the file format.

But there may be a conflict with reading the file
when its currently open with openoffice(?).
If you applied any changes with openoffice to the
file you may want to test with a fresh download -
just to see where the error is...
