[Webtest] Tests run very slow in Tomcat 4.1.30

We run our WebTest tests in Tomcat 4.1.30 also. We don't have Tomcat 5 so I can't compare that way. They don't seem to run any slower than they do when we run them in iPlanet 6.1 sp2. It never occurred to me to wonder if they were not running as fast as they could. (Certainly they finish faster than I could if I were going thru the steps manually!)
I would be interested to know if there IS some magic with the newer Tomcat version that makes WebTest scripts run faster! We run most of our WebTest scripts only on the nightly build because they would slow our continuous build down too much.
