[Webtest] Cookie Handling: Version of WebTest Used to build "webtestCookieSteps482.jar"

Release/build 482. But if you recompile yourself, it should work with 
later HttpUnit versions of WebTest (Last 1.5.x version was 535, last 1.6 
version was 543). I haven't had time to check out the HtmlUnit side of 
things for Cookies yet.
