[Webtest] Couple of htmlunit issues.

Hi,

first thanks for the detailed report.

to 1): htmlunit is right performing a case sensitive search. The problem needs to be fixed in webtest.

to 2): you're right, it's an htmlunit issue and needs to be fixed there.
