Where possible it is always a good idea to do things in sequence. However,
it is easy to forget the priority that advertising (in this case a book)
almost always takes precedence over substance. This does seem to go against
intuition but it is a fact, that if something exists in enough minds, then
it exists in reality. I also am discounting the advertising of a completely
non-existant product, as that is not the case here.
This would also have the benefit of motivating people to do the jobs you
just outlined.
