[Webtest] [dev] server issues

I'm afraid, we did not make much progress today.
Some really odd things happen on the build server.

At least the CVS locks are resolved.

Concerning the build logs one can not get more information.
To download the full xml log add the extra parameter
 format=xml
to the BuildServlet url, e.g.
http://webtest.canoo.com/buildservlet/BuildServlet?log=log20050106013213LR_6
48&format=xml

Having the junit tests in the "batchtest" style
and fork="true" seems to slow down the build
too much.

We temporily disabled the automatic build.
It is now up again, but still does not behave
as expected.
