That's sure, but I guess that many users:
- don't have custom steps
- regularly update to the newest build to benefit of the latest improvments
and not each build generate a different DTD, most of the changes are internal.
I would only provide the DTD for the latest build. With some warnings on the problems it can brings, it could be
helpfull. Currently if you have 2 projects with webtests and want to have the dtd referenced in your xml files, you can:
1- have a copy of the dtd in each project
=> you need to update both copies each time you upgrade webtest
2- use the dtd in the directory where webtest is located
=> you need hard written system path and have problem to share project with colleagues.
Therefore I think that with appropriate warnings, a public DTD could be helpfull.
