[Webtest] Re: [dev] build news

I have still been receiving some notification messages recently. The most
recent one in my inbox is "Canoo WebTest R_652 Build Fixed" on the 18th.
It also appears to have been CC'd to marc at mail.canoo.com. I may have
received one or two later ones that I deleted.
