[Webtest] Binary-compare on Images

Do you need to compare two images on different parts of the site within the one
test run (i.e. two different colored logo images) or compare images between test
runs (i.e. changes each test run as in an image-based hit counter)?

If the former, the StoreDigest custom step on the community site will probably
do what you want. It is probably for HttpUnit at present. I would be happy to
port it across if you think you would find it useful.

Cheers,

Paul.

Our company generates custom proofed images through user input, including color and text, and I am looking for a way to use binary-comparison to verify that the images do indeed change (i.e. ensure that blue is present in the image in a specific location).
