There should be at least a licence.txt in build.zip.

Some of the other files in doc/info within build.zip seems outdated and can probably go.

Someone should also check whether apache licences etc should also be included for compliance with their licence conditions. E.g. licence.APACHE or something saying "this software includes software for the blah blah project ...". I know this info is sort of in the docs but it wouldn't hurt to formalise it. Also I don't know what the clover requirements are (if any) in this regard.
