Different errors with the same webtest, but different server=20
configurations?
Are you sure that it isn't a server configuration issue?
What happens if you access the server by hand, e.g. with your browser?

Otherwise, you can have webtest log more information by changing the=20
log level.
Edit %WEBTEST%\lib\log4j.properties and changes the second line to read
log4j.rootCategoory=3Ddebug.stdout
