[Webtest] bin folder is not there in the Build.zip 1.7

Hi!

I have downloaded the latest version of canoo webtest release 1.7 build.zip.
1. Extracted extracted locally to c:\canoo.
2. set the PATH as c:\canoo\bin
But under Canoo folder , there is no bin folder. Can anybody give 
solution for this?
