Hi,

Congratulations. Great peice of work!!! When earlier you had mentioned abou=
t a plugin for Firefox I had not imagined that it be as simple as this!!! R=
eally neat peice of work.

I am a bit apprehensive of this style as
1. This modifies the code of the application under test (notifyLinks etc ar=
e inserted in the HTML output of the application).
2. If forms are being submitted via JavaScript by changing their actions, t=
hen it 'may' be more tricky to handle.

I've put online a small web-app we've developped for internal use as Webtes=
t Recorder:

We use it to help us creating webtests recording quickly some actions and t=
hen editing the generated script by hand to=20
finalize it. The application itself is not really well designed or well wri=
tten because the first purpose was just to=20
make a small tool for internal used. This is therefore possible that it get=
s temporarily unavailable.

We've decided to adapt it a bit (design is not finished) to put it online b=
ecause it gives an idea of how an ideal=20
recorder as Firefox/Mozilla extension could look like (I think that Paul wa=
s the first one to say in this mailing list=20
that his ideal webtest recorder would be an extension for Firefox).
