[Webtest] [dev] roadmap or who is doing what

I know it is a bit of extra work, but
for the purpose of getting an overview about 
- the current activities
- the planned activities until the next release
  (aka 'roadmap')
and keeping track of the achieved improvements
and their purpose I would like to remind everybody
that we have the JIRA.

Just open an issue as 'task' or 'improvement'.

Any additional info can go there and committing your
changes with a WT-xxx makes it possible to link from
the code to JIRA.

I don't think we need to be as rigid as other projects
that enforce that you cannot commit unless you provide
an issue number but before committing without one, please
spend an additional thought about it.
