[Webtest] [dev] roadmap or who is doing what

The current changeLog.html page is only 340 builds behind! :-(
Perhaps more frequent releases (as opposed to very frequent builds) would provide
us with some urgency to keep noteworthy changes recorded in time for a release?

Perhaps a roadmap.html page could describe planned future releases, e.g. 1.7, 1.8, 2.0 etc.

We could then have a Jira issue for each release, e.g. one for 1.7, one for 1.8 (when we are getting ready to release it) etc.

Small changes worthy of noting could be added by editing the release issue or as a comment to the release issue.
Larger changes will hopefully have there own WT number and a reference to these could be added in the relevant upcoming release issue or just indicate the fixed/affected versions in Jira.
