[Webtest] Canoo book

Hi,
I haven't looked at the Canoo book in several months, and I wanted to see how it is progressing.  I downloaded and extracted docbook-xsl-1.69.1.tar.gz as the README file (a README file I have from a long time ago, I don't remember where I got it) in a directory webtest-book/tools (where I had it before).  I try to do the make-all-html in the book directory, again as per this README file, and it says "no rule to make target all-html".  I've hunted around and tried in different directories.  It seems like it wasn't that hard to do the first time, but it's been so long, I can't remember.  Can anyone help?  Sorry to be such a dummy.
