[Webtest] AJAX Compatibility

Hi,

htmlunit has some AJAX support but it is still not perfect and there are 
some open issues:

Nevertheless the js callback should be called. Perhaps does the problem 
occurs afterwards in this callback?
In all cases I recommend to upgrade to the latest webtest build to 
benefit from the latest improvements in htmlunit. Some of them concern 
XMLHttpRequest.
