When will there be a fully valid DTD or Schema for WebTest XML?

The current set of DTD files supplied in the folders ${webtest.home}/selftests/config and ${webtest.home}/selftests/includes do not appear to describe the WebTest 1.7 syntax. At least I found it impossible to validate any non-trivial test scripts. This is important because we want to use XSL transforms to create test scripts automatically.

* The element "target" is defined twice - the second definition is wrong and has to be deleted.
* There are some minor issues as well, e.g. validation appears to reject comments within "target" elements.
* The elements "webtest", "config" and "steps" are not defined at all.

I started to add these element definitions to the WebTest.dtd file but it was clearly a bigger job than that, as the "steps" element has a lot of children, whose definitions I would have to create too. Rather than duplicating someone else's work, it seemed prudent to raise the issue here first in order to see what is planned.
