There is a file under $webtest_home/lib/build named xdoclet-1.2.2.jar
In this file, there is a log4j.properties file with a rootCategory configured

This is causing certain changes to the log4j.properties under $webtest_home/lib to not take effect.

The log4j.properties file should either be removed from the xdoclet-1.2.2.jar or the rootCategory reference should be removed.
