The directory build/docs has now two purposes:
it is used to assemble all the documentation in a form that can be web-published,
and it is used for intermediary files in the process of assembling the docu (for examples build/docs/junit/TEST-*, or  build/docs/manual/examples/).

With this mixed usage, the deployed documentation contain unnecessary intermediary files.

This task will use a different directory for these intermediary files.
