[Webtest] [dev] lib/optional directory

the intention of the lib/optional was to contain
jar's that people may not want to have in their local installation.
E.g. you can disable the groovy and script step in the taskdef and
run without the optional dir.
We /could/ use this for producing different packages for
download (minimal, maximal) but we currently don't make use of this
possibility.
For the verifySchema, my first thought would be to place additional
jar in the lib/optional.
verifySchema? - cool!
