Is there an XSL template to transform WebTests into HTML TEST CASE documentation?  

Ideally this would have the following features:
1) A summary page (much like TestResults.html) that lists all the Test Cases with links to each
2) Additional pages or anchors that provide a human-readable list of test steps extracted from the comments.
3) A link to the actual WebTest XML so readers can see the actual test
4) The XSLT needs to process includes! (like "&login;") so that those test steps are included.  It does not need to unroll loops.

I think this capability would be very valuable to the WebTest community.  Thanks!
