All steps have now a default description of '<unknown>'.
According to ant's documentation, the description can be 'null, to indicate that no description is available'

This task:
1) display a description when a description is set explicitely, and to let it be null otherwise.
That would change a few logging messages from e.g.
Start Step: clickbutton "<unknown>" (2/2)
to
Start Step: clickbutton (2/2)

2) omit these descriptions from the xml reports, as they are stripped anyway during the transformation to html.
