Hey Brian,

this is more a ant than a webtest problem I guess. Do your tests 
generate a result.xml at all ? Did you set the property summary in your 
config element to true ?

You also may have a look at the <subant> task; it will allow you to run 
one buildfile with one target, like your report-target, over several 
different base directiories. This way you don't have to copy and paste 
the report target to all your files.

I'm not sure if this is the same thing or not, but...
I've found that if I attempt to use a directory name other than "webtest-results" that it doesn't
work.  I had created a directory called "results" and set the result path to that value, but the
"results.xml" file wasn't generated there.  Once I left out the "resultpath" so it would use the
default "webtest-results", then the results.xml file was generated.
