I'm not sure how different the MS install is, but my DTD is in:

/usr/local/sbin/canoo_webtest/selftests/config/WebTest.dtd

instead of:
/usr/local/sbin/canoo_webtest/build/WebTest.dtd

at the start of your script?  Or does the WebTest.dtd, exist in the path 
of what I pasted above?
